Annual leave example
Subject: Leave request — [dates] Hello [Manager Name], I would like to request leave from [start date] to [end date] due to [brief reason]. I will complete [task] before I go and hand over [item] to [name]. Please approve the request when convenient. Regards, [Your Name]
Emergency leave example
Subject: Emergency leave — [date] Hi [Manager Name], I need to take emergency leave today due to an urgent personal matter. I will be reachable by email for anything critical. Thanks, [Your Name]
